Making a Purchase

We accept credit card, cheque or BACS transfer as methods of payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere outside of the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Please be aware that on occasion a small number of overs may be produced (no more than 5%) and dispatched to you with your order. Stupid Tuesday Ltd reserve the right to pass on the production charges for any additional items produced beyond the quantity you specified at the time of your purchase at the same rate per item as you were originally quoted. Charges for overs are likely to be invoiced separately at the time of delivery of your order. This is normal industry practice and applies to all supplies of bespoke items (ie: badged with your company logo etc) which cannot be re-sold.

Shipping and Handling

Items ordered from Stupid Tuesday Ltd will be delivered as soon as possible in accordance with the requested delivery service. All delivery charges are included in the quoted price unless otherwise shown to U.K. mainland only. Charges for different delivery services can by obtained by contacting Stupid Tuesday Ltd directly. All delivery conditions and charges are subject to change without prior notice.

Every effort is made to ensure that delivery is made within the estimated time scales and within a maximum of 15 working days. On rare occasions our standard delivery times may be extended by circumstances and events beyond our control. In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within 28 days, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date. All goods are subject to availability.

All products are delivered either by courier or by post, depending on their size and value. On rare occasions different products in the same order may be delivered separately.

Delivery Schedule

We always aim to deliver your order within the time stated beside each product. International orders may take slightly longer than the stated delivery time.

Customers are advised that in order to ensure receipt of items by guaranteed dates at particularly heavy-production times of the year (such as Christmas) it is advisable to place orders (and forward payment) allowing at least DOUBLE the quoted length of normal time required. Stupid Tuesday Ltd cannot be held responsible for extended production times or late deliveries during December and into January and February as our world-wide suppliers also experience greater demand and delays themselves. In addition, Stupid Tuesday Ltd cannot be held responsible for late deliveries or extended carriage times over this period.

Returns Policy

We want you to be 100% happy with the goods you order, the service you receive and the way we apply your logo or branding. In addition, we guarantee the quality and workmanship of our products for 30 days from the day you receive your order. If you have a quality concern, please contact us

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of orders can be accepted in writing between the time of an order being placed and despatch of goods. However, charges will be made to cover the cost cancellation and all works carried out at the time of cancellation. Once an order is ready for despatch, cancellation of the order cannot be accepted.

Privacy Policy

To protect the privacy of all visitors to this website, all personal information about individual users (name, address, E-mail address, credit card numbers) is confidential and is used only to fulfill orders from this site. We do not store any financial information after your order has been placed.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. Our VAT registration number is: 919 7510 03

Remittance Terms

We accept cheque payments. Cheques should be made payable to 'Stupid Tuesday Ltd' and should be sent to:

Please note that we will not process your order until we have received your cheque payment. Your order will not be shipped until the cheque payment has cleared. Our payment terms are strictly 14 days. Should we not receive your cheque payment within this timescale we will assume your order is cancelled and you do not wish to proceed.

As all our orders are made and printed bespoke (to an individual client's requirements) we cannot offer any refunds. We will, however replace any faulty items or goods that are not fit for purpose, should the need arise. Any breakages are covered in our carriage policy and will be replaced or credited.
